Over the last three weeks, I’ve started a new work-out schedule that includes:
- 1/2 mile run, fetch in the dog park, and 1/2 mile walkwith the dog in the morning OR 1 hour of racquetball
- 1 mile walk in the evening
I’m still slightly down in weight with this new schedule. It will be interesting to see how this goes more longer term; and if I can continue getting-up early for dog walking before breakfast.
