H decided that she wanted to start running an hour a day (or actually a night) so that’s what we’ve been doing the past few nights.  I was amazed that I actually hit a full hour tonight.  Here are my stats for the past few days:

  • Friday: 25 min, 1.6 mi, 300 cal – also did some weights
  • Saturday: 40 min, 2.63 mi, 492 cal
  • Monday: 60 min, 3.81 mi, 632 cal
