Treadmill: 35 min, 2.87 mi, 396 cal

Today I decided to increase my intensity (5.5 mph –> 6mph for the run part.)  I also reviewed the program and found that I was supposed to be doing a cool down after the second run so I cut that from 10min –> 5min

(Another cut and paste entry; I need to switch to WL Writer, but I’m on a shared computer since we have house guests this weekend)

I’m trying week 1 of a program to run a 5k.  It’s:
walk–>jog–>run–>jog–>run–>jog–>walk
and the times vary as you get better.  Here’s what I did this morning:

Exercise Blog: Day 1

I’ve decided to try to get healthier and as part of that, I’m keeping an exercise log.  Since I work on the Windows Live Social Networking team, instead of a written journal, I’m going to use a blog.  Also, since I blog on Windows Live Spaces already, I’m going to try-out WordPress for keeping an exercise journal.  It’s about 5:45am and I’m headed down to the gym for a short jog/run…
